Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PakRabta website and app. Please read them — particularly the sections on accuracy and emergencies.

In an emergency, do not rely on this directory. Call the official national numbers directly — Rescue 1122, Police 15, Ambulance 115. Numbers listed here may be out of date, and we cannot guarantee any line will be answered.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using PakRabta you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may revise these terms; continuing to use PakRabta after a change means you accept the revision.

2. What PakRabta is — and is not

PakRabta is an independent, privately operated directory that compiles publicly available contact details for government offices, non-governmental organisations, and public services in Pakistan.

We are not a government service. PakRabta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Government of Pakistan, NADRA, the Directorate General of Immigration & Passports, any provincial government, police service, hospital, or any other listed organisation. Listing an office does not imply any relationship with it.

We do not process applications, book appointments, issue documents, take payments, or act as an intermediary of any kind. To transact with an office, contact that office through its own official channels.

3. Accuracy of the information

We make a genuine effort to keep listings correct, but the information is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Offices relocate, change numbers, and change hours without notice.

  • We do not warrant that any listing is accurate, complete, current, or that a phone number will connect.
  • Opening hours and "open now" indicators are estimates based on published timings and may be wrong on public holidays.
  • Always verify critical details with the office's own official website or phone line before travelling or relying on them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy the directory for republication or commercial resale.
  • Use the contact details for unsolicited marketing, spam, or automated calling.
  • Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
  • Misrepresent PakRabta as an official government service, or imply an endorsement that does not exist.

5. Intellectual property

The PakRabta name, logo, page design, and software are owned by PakRabta. The underlying facts — an office's name, address, and public phone number — are factual information and are not claimed as our property.

6. Third-party sites

The directory links to official websites operated by others. We do not control them, are not responsible for their content or availability, and linking to a site is not an endorsement of it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PakRabta is not liable for any loss, cost, delay, missed appointment, or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the directory — including reliance on a listing that turns out to be outdated or incorrect.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Availability

PakRabta is offered free of charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive authority over any dispute arising from them.
